Melted ice cream sold

I bought a pack of 6 mini magnum almond ice cream at Makro centurion.<br> All are damaged, they melted and were refrozen. The sugary part has seperated from the cream but the chocolate cover is still in tact. These are now inedible and I couldnt detect the damage from the outside of the pack.
