Magnum Mini Bad Quality

Magnum Mini Praline, bought Saturday, 12 October 2019. I was very dissapointed, we bought a box of your mini pralines from the checkers Selcourt Towers in Springs. Upon opening the box, which was very cold, we discovered that the magnums inside were stale. They had a liquid inside the wrapper and the ice creams were melted and dried into a doughy substance (Which did not resemble ice-cream in any way) though the chocolate on the outside was in tact. This was very dissapointing as I always find your product to be of good quality, however lately, I am dissapointed.
