Ice cream had freezer burns

Recently purchased 4 x 2lt ola ice cream as getting people coming over. What a dismay all 4 of them had freezer burns. Please get the store you supply to fix the fridges. The same thing happen the last time a purchased a magnum ice-cream as well.
