hair on Paddle Pop ice cream

Good day<br> <br> On the 31st Jan 2016. I bought my 9 years old daughter a Paddle Pop ice cream at a garage at Mtunzini. as soon as we got to the car, she opened her ice cream and to our surprise there was hair on it, stuck on the frozen ice cream. My daughter was so disappointed as this is her favourite ice cream as we had to throw the ice cream away.
