Cornetto Classic, Missing cone

On 5 November 2020, I bought a Cornett Classic for my son who is 3 years old. Upon unwrapping the contents, there was no cone. I was absolutely disgusted as this is a so called reputable brand not to mention its 1 of the ice-cream's my son really enjoys. After the experience my son no longer chooses that ice-cream and I don't blame him.
