Cold ice cream but hot service

<p>I emailed OLA about a problem I was experiencing with the Cornetto ice creams. They emailed me back the same day and explained why the problem occurred. This morning I received an email from them informing me that the've sent a reimbur*****t that I can use at Pick 'n Pay. Fast, friendly... And they didn't just reimburse me for the one ice cream, they also added a little extra to the voucher code I got. Mistakes happen but they taking action and they got back to me in a timely fashion. If only all the places could be like them.</p>
