Ola Complaint Resolution Process

Review is more about their customer service. Lodged a complaint about a wrong charging of 3 cab booking in New Delhi while I was actually in Mumbai. Their team is still 'struggling' with the complaint for almost 2 months now. Escalation to their grievance officer - not even acknowledged. Next escalation to the nodal office - not even acknowledged even after three reminders. Never seen worst complaint resolution mechanism before.
