Okoh Motors **** about the State of Car Prior to Purchase

I purchased a Ford Figo from Okoh motors for R72 000 and payed cash. They told me explicitly that the car had never been in an accident. Before putting the car through the road worthy I had a local mechanic check it out and was told that it had been in an accident. I contacted the dealer and explained the situation, he offered me 50% of the cars purchase price. I explained that according to the CPA I am within my rights to demand a full refund, at which point he offered me 75% of the purchase price of the car. I suspect that the car had been in a serious accident and I am taking legal action against them.
