Dishonest dealership

I bought a Polo Tsi on Okoh motors grace cars Kempton park. The car had a problem with the temperature sensor. I called reported the car then they said I should go to the dealership they will fix the issue. I went there and left the car so that they fix the issue.

They called me saying the issue has been fixed. I took the car back home. After 7 days while I was driving the car, it suddenly lost power then I pulled off then it switched off and never started again. I called them then they came and towed the car saying they are going to check on it.

I called them after few days to get feedback since they were not saying anything. They said the car overheated since I've driven the car without water but the car never any sign of overheating nor low coolant sign. Even after the car switched off the temperature gauge was still on 90°c.

They said they were going to fix the car but since then the car is still there with them. They took the car around 30 March 2025 and now is 26 August 2025. We agreed that they were going to settle the car from the bank but still they are not settling. They even demanded the R10 000 that they gave me as top up when I was buying the car, they said I should give them their R10 000 before they can do the settlement and I gave it to them but still they are not settling. Please help me on that.
