Complain

Good day, I hope to be assisted. I bought couches at Koens buy and sell in Alberton last year December. I ordered black grey couches, I paid fully upfront, I called them for over a week to deliver until the delivered. When they delivered the couches, they were swade and brown, but same design. They had a cut over the head, the cut was small so I let it go as well. Two months after purchase the sofas were sinking in where you sit, there's more woodthan sponges. They're not comfortable, I didn't know where to report this until a friend advised me about hello Peter.

The couches are now a mess, when I reported it in the store they said I should bring them so they can see them, I couldn't afford transport so I let it slide. I have pictures
