BAD BAD BAD SERVICE AND QUALITY! AVOID AT ALL COST!

I accepted a quote from them for two shelves, a coffee table and two side tables. They demanded 100% payment up-front and I offered 90% which was paid. They soon after let me know that they mis-quoted for one shelf only and demanded further payment. I asked to cancel the deal and for a return of my money but they had apparently ordered the material already. They then demanded all sorts of paperwork the evening before the installation as well as 100% payment to release the stock. Communication by Roz was unprofessional if not outright rude to say the least. This delayed installation - no surprise there. When they eventually arrived the product was so poorly manufactured and installed that my wife demanded they take it back. We will never use them and hope others can learn from our expensive lesson.
