Avoid at all costs – unprofessional, unreliable, and poor craftsmanship.

We had a dreadful experience with this so-called bespoke furniture company. They market themselves as expert craftsmen – the reality couldn't be further from the truth.

We ordered a large cabinet, two coffee tables, and a dining table. After paying a substantial deposit, we endured delay after delay, excuse after excuse – everything from weather-damaged wood to unreliable suppliers and poor staining. Despite being told our order was ready and paying in full (including delivery), we still waited weeks. During a follow-up call, one staff member accidentally left the line open and insulted my wife.

It became clear they’re rolling client deposits to fund ongoing jobs. When we finally received part of our order, the quality was shocking – drawers and doors hanging skew, gaps everywhere. The “feature” cabinet was an embarrassment. One coffee table arrived and the carpenter proceeded to smear silicone on the glass, permanently fixing it in place. We had to return it just to get it cleaned.

The dining table, when it eventually arrived, was unusable – cracked, badly stained, and poorly designed. They agreed to fix it but again dragged their feet. We had to track down the outsourced repair team ourselves. Ultimately, we spent an extra 30% of the original cost correcting their mistakes – fixing structural flaws, re-staining, and replacing an unsuitable steel base.

A terrible, time-consuming, and expensive lesson. Poor product, worse service. Buyer beware.
