<p>Ordered a product online from Okava late on Sunday night. Had email confirmation early Monday morning, expected delivery Wednesday - but couriers turned up first thing on Tuesday, a full 24 hours ahead of schedule. Throughout the process a friendly and helpful flow of information was maintained. Will definitely use their services again.</p>
