Stove Repair

I took my stove 2 burner with oven back in with a fault within 2 months bought. I took stove back to the store its been 2 weeks the store so as an concerned customer regarding my stobe because i cant cook for 2 weeks i receive feedback on the 3rd week when i borthered myself to call at the store that it will be taken to repairs on the third week after the store received stove 2 weeks back i got worst experiance with them.
