Poor customer care

The teller at the said business have a dont care attitude and and zero concern of the clients she has that arrogant don't care attitude witch cause me to lose business because she let me wait for a five rand change I compliant to the management but they sweept it under the mat it means even the management is like the employee don't care about the customers I'm very disappointed in the owners as they give a poor example of what customers care is about if this is how ok run their businesses than I won't buy there anymore
