OK FURNITURE THULAMAHASHE DONT WANNA FIX MY ONE MONTH TV

I Purchased a Skyworth TV at Thulamahashe Ok around the week of 14th December 2025, and around the 14th January 2026 the TV decided to stop working and two days after, on the 16th January i decided to take it back since its under warranty. to date i have not received any concrete feedback from this people than taking me from pillar to post. thinking and i am the one having to call them everyday.

i have been buying all my furniture in this shop but now i feel betrayed.
