I bought genarator in 29August 2025 Supersonic brand they give with oil but other genarators comes out with oil

I bought genarator in 29August 2025 Supersonic brand they give with oil but other genarators comes out with oil. Now I return it cause it have problem of not going on again on 30 August now they say must wait for supply to repair it. A waiting period of 21days although am in need of genarator right now. I need quick help because the manager her self she say, she can't help on this.
