want to cancel a layby i want my refund

they have rotten attitude i did layby October now i cant afford to pay i want to cancel the don't want to give me my refund they say they don't have cash i went there 4 times they keep on saying they will call i swiped when i did layby but they say the cant do eft i must wait for them to have cash its really unfair going to wait forever lot of people are using cards its not safe to carry cash this days
