Extremely bad service and attitude
I have never been so irritated by the service I got from that store. Buying a mere 154 litre fridge was a nightmare. Was asked for a smart shopper of white I have on my app but was told to present a hard copy of the card. Who still walks around with a bunch of rewards cards when we have apps to store such. Something that was supposed to take 20 minutes took us 2 hours in f running around trying to replace cards and getting original ID for them to make a copy while I have a soft copy on my phone. The manager made things worse because along the transaction she left the store and had to wait another 20 minutes for her to finalise my transaction while other cashier just stood there on her phone. I have never been this disappointed by the standard of service received.
