PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY

I’m so disappointed with the service that I’m receiving from OK as a loyal customer, i bought a double door fridge which was meant to be a surprise for my mom on the 25th August till today is I’m being told that is not available at the store since i requested it to be collected in Matatiele, i purchased it in Cape town (Kuilsriver mall), please refund my money if i cannot get the item that i fully paid.
