Bad service and lies

On the 1st of may i went to ok furniture in delmas...i needed a four plate stove and i saw one that i loved on the display of the store ...they told me that they didn't have stock but they ended up giving me the one on the display i had problem ..i paid R9097 in cash the store told me to add more money for incase the stove can brake after my guarantee is finished which the guarantee was 2 years so they wanted to add 2 more years and i said no thanks..went home got an electrician and he installed my stove and I was happy..then two weeks in it started giving me problems i couldn't finish cooking any meal without it trapping the electricity..i went back in store to report the stove i met a guy called clement i explained the problem and he told me to get someone to change the plug for me because he assumed the problem was the plug..thats exactly what I did but it worked for a week and the stove exploded from the inside..i went back to the store and reported again they took my issue to defy ...defy called me in 3 days i couldn't pick because I was held up at work with a client..i then wrote a message to ok furniture from Facebook thats when ok furniture delmas called and defy we arranged a day for defy to come ...defy sent one of their electricians he came to my house took some photos and he told me he will report to the store and a few days went then ok furniture called and they told me that they can't fix my stove because i have roachs in my kitchen...my husband went to ok furniture to try and understand the issue they then told him they will get back to him in a few days and the defy guy was nonchalant and rude as always...then they called to let us know that they can't fix our stove because i couldn't provide them papers of the electrician who installed the stove which is a lie ...i spent R9097 for a stove that gave me problems two weeks in ..iam so disappointed in ok furniture they're services was so bad for me this time i have no words of their lies and bad service
