Very poor service

My husband bought a phone from ok furnishers in China Centre on 26 August 2026 and until today he is still unable to use this phone it is not working it keeps on asking him for a password first I am even shock to hear that they sold a phone without having to set it up apparently they had no WiFi to do so and he has been to store and twice already and they are still unable to assist him today he went in to ask for help and they said they are almost closing , there is no customer service at all I even regret sending him to Ok as I am the one who recommend Ok and the reason he bought he really needs a phone this is so much inconvenience.
