Machine nolonger working properly.

am not satisfied with the feedback provided regarding my washing machine.

I do not understand how ****roaches could be the cause of the machine malfunctioning. ****roaches have no weight or capacity to damage a machine to the point where it stops working. You mentioned that there were fewer than 10, which makes this explanation even more unreasonable.

The machine is still switching on, which clearly shows that the electrical components are functioning. The only issue is that it does not complete the washing cycle. This indicates a mechanical or technical fault, not damage caused by ****roaches.

Many households experience ****roaches, but it is unacceptable to claim that such a minor issue has caused the machine to stop working. This explanation sounds like an excuse rather than a proper diagnosis.

Furthermore, I am concerned that the machine was not properly inspected, and conclusions were made without a thorough assessment.

I request that this matter be taken seriously and that a proper inspection and repair be conducted under my warranty.

The machine is only 1 year working I bought it on December 2024 cash no help I get only excuses nje.

Please resolve this issue urgently. If no action is taken, I will be forced to escalate this matter further.
