I wanted to purchase a phone using my own passport and certified proof of residency, and thy refused then l had to ask a friend to buy for me, On the very same day after all the payments was done, thy told me that the person who keeps the keys have left already, and l can still come back and collect my phone, went there the following day, l wasn't given my proper proof of payment, thy said the receipt was lost.. And they didn't want to open the phone so that we can see if all is working, l had to open for myself in the store, found the charger broken, and earphones missing and l needed a refund immediately and thy couldn't give me because thy wanted me to bring the person who bought me the phone, after it was their fault on the first day...Am not happy at all because l didn't use papers to buy that phone but money and some of us really work hard for it, just for some people not to respect it...
