Rude cashier

Luckily for myself and my partner, we live right around the corner from an OK Friendly Grocer, which comes in very handy when we run short on something as we can quickly run to the shop. Sadly, our last 2 visits at the store have been only of bad experience with an extremely rude cashier. The cashier's name is Lenie Swanepoel. The first time was experienced with my partner. We went to buy a few things for the house and when waiting in the queue, a till opened up, and the cashier was Lenie. She did not greet us, firstly, and when we wanted to pay, we wanted to pay with two separate cards however her response was "no sorry I don't think you can". We then proceeded to ask a lady behind her if we were able to (we knew we were as we had done it previously) and she said yes and showed Lenie how. She handed us the slips after paying without even saying a simple "thank you" (which is good service) and she would not even look at us. She didn't smile, she looked extremely unhappy to even be there.
My second experience was this morning, on my own. I quickly popped into the shop and upon approaching the tills, Lenie was the only person available at the time. I looked at her, remembering my last experience, however I decided to give her another chance. She wouldn't greet me, again looking unhappy to be there, looking down and avoiding eye contact, and just scanned my items. She failed to ask if I even wanted a plastic bag. I handed her my card and she put it in the machine and handed it to me to enter my pin. With having over two years experience with card machines as a waitress I decided to wait for the reciepts to print and tore them off myself, keeping the customer copy and handed the merchant copy to Lenie. She snatched the machine back and her lips puckered up while she shook her head at me. I told her that that is very rude. She she still said nothing, she simply handed me my receipt. I thanked her and I left.
I understand that customer service is a difficult job, but as a person who deals with a business' customers each day, they should at least be a bit friendly and greet and thank the customers. My partner and I are very disappointed as we have never encountered any other issues with this particular store, as they have only ever assisted us, however IF we ever decide to visit the store again, We will wait in the queue and allow other customers to go ahead of us until another cashier is available as we refuse to be "helped" by Lenie Swanepoel.
