Pathetic Service

You walk into the shop and decide to buy some food you go to the counter and wait , no staff at the food counter , staff and tills , one working SLOWLY and the other busy with cell phone , stand and wait no service , manageress sitting in office on cell . really pathetic service , I used to go every evening to the Puma Garage in Goodwood for fuel and to OK for cold drink and something to eat but obviously I am too white to be served so they have lost a good customer and Shell over the road will get my fuel money . Do yourself a favour and do not waste your time at the OK at Puma in Goodwood as service is not a priority at this shop .
