Bad service rude to clients

I went on 18 December 2017 @ approximately 12h40 to get a cash back. After queueing for about 20 minutes a a lady not even queueing got served with cash back almost same amount as me. When I got to tills no one can assist. I asked for manager who never came. I got told step aside and wait I got the manager who reluctantly got a teller to assist me. I do not draw money at ATM as I got robed at one before. They all where very rude as well.
