In the first i was assisted well and to my satisfaction. The lady told me about legitimacy of the company and that it’s a registered entity and about FCSA and FSP no. I trusted them because of all that. I invested the little amount of R3500 as my starter. Then I was connected to a broker/advisor who advised me well and encouraged me to make more deposit which I did. I transferred an amount of R50000 which I withdraw from my other investments. I was comfortable with everything. Then the lady said I should find more money because oil price is declining and I would make more profit. She told me to find R200000.00 and I told her I don’t have that amount as I already invested all my savings. She told me to apply for a loan so that I secure this deal. I told her I don’t qualify for a loan, I was trying not to apply for a loan knowing I will be faced with interests and a long term of payments. She kept pushing and I kept telling her I don’t qualify, she told me to apply at other institutions so that I can get the money in order to secure oil deal. After 2 weeks of refusing, she finally asked the other guy to try and convince me, they both told me I won’t lose my money but make a profit. They promised me that I will a profit and I will the loan before I can even start my first installment. I asked them about a loss and they told me I won’t make a loss but profit. Knowing that they are most experienced in this field and believing that their assurance was solid, I finally app**** for a loan and qualified for amount of R150K and the guy promised that they would boost me with a bonus of R50K for it to make a total of R200K. After transferring R150K into my trading account, the guy did not honor his promise about the bonus, and he was no longer talking to me like when he pushed into applying for a loan. The lady (my advisor/ broker) told me to start trading and told to set high scales. At first I was making profit, but in the end I lost all my money. After promising that I would make a profit instead of loss, this surprised me. This has really affected me and my family because I was not willing to apply for a loan knowing I will be faced with the repayments for a period of 5 years. I can’t cope because of their actions. I was not willing to take this risk. After losing all my capital, the lady told me to get another money so that I could fund my account, I didn’t know what to tell to be honest. I want the management to contact me, I filled the form of complaints but no one has contacted me eversince. My account is 324625 My name is George Malaka
