<div>I began trading with a company called Oinvest. My initial interaction was with Mr. Mehdi who ensured me his mentorship every step of the way. Ensuring that I would not lose any money, but I will only gain.

I then signed up with the company on the 11 June 2020. The initial (minimum) investment amount was R3500 which I deposited into the company’s account. Thereafter I was assigned to an account manager by the name of Havvi Lion.

I began trading with Havvi’s leadership. The initial trades were made with small amounts which led to small amounts of profit. She then suggested I invest R25000 in order to make a larger profit. I transferred the amount (R25000) into the account and began trading, with her leadership. After a few days I had lost all the money that I invested(R28500). She then advised me to make a larger deposit of R50000 for me to protect my account and recover everything that I had lost. Due to my lack of knowledge and experience she took advantage of the situation and manipulated me into depositing larger amounts each time I lost to the market. Each time something went wrong or against my favour she would blame and insist it was my fault. She used my own emotions against me in order to **** me. I have since lost R471 000. She forced me to take a bank loan to protect whatever funds I still had left that were running on trades.

I’m only 26 years old and have no idea as to how trading works so I expected that they would teach me step by step instead of encouraging me too invest more money each time my account is at risk or if my accounts seem to crash. I had a friend investigate my trades that Havvi helped me open, he informed me that whatever I opened was in opposite direction instead of in my favour, simply by going through the trade graphs and other trade instruments. Why would my so-called account manager keep forcing me to get money from someone, somewhere anywhere doesn’t matter how but they wanted me to get the money, every means possible. Even after having lost everything, maxed out my credit cards, used up the bank loan, used up a friend’s money. This past week when they called me to redeposit more money and I told them I don’t have any they did not believe me and even forced me to deposit till the transaction on my credit card declined as insufficient funds. When Havvi fails to convince me to make a deposit she makes her manager call me to persuade me. They were still not satisfied still wanted me to invest another R90 000 with the motivation that they will credit my account with R20 000 bonus. I have only recently learned that the swaps are ridiculous, the broker is making money and the charges are even more than my losses. Yet, Havvi says if I lose money then the company loses as well and that is clearly not true. I have never been in such a volatile position , and I have never traded before, I really need the money that I lost back or I won’t be able to pay for my bank loan or maxed out credit cards. I am married and my wife is pregnant. The stress this has caused me is unbearable, it has taken a toll on my health as well as my marriage. The only reason I tried forex was because I wanted to pay my car off which is on finance and not go any further. Instead they kept calling me names (childlike) and telling me if I want to make money I must invest, If I want to recover what I lost I must invest money… On numerous occasions in tried to withdraw and the moment I say I want to they convince me not to deposit more money to make more. The only reason I continued to do as told because I was hopeful of retrieving my money. Also, the bonuses they give cannot be withdrawn before 3 months of the bonus being loaded. I desperately need this problem resolved. I’m married and can’t afford to pay any expenses as Oinvest wiped me out clean. I can easily get blacklisted as I have no way out. Please assist me in whichever way possible. My total invested amount was R471000. I have not made any profit since. I hope to hear from you’ll soon on a resolution to this urgent matter Please note Oinvest gave me a resolution offer to keep me quiet which I did not accept as I want my full refund and to have this matter thoroughly investigated </div>
