Oinvest

Why can I not log in to my metatrader 4 account. I have send various emails in the past and asked to be contacted by you. Nobody has contacted me. Am I being ****med here by Oinvest. What is the problem. Am I being ignored because I am not investing more money. I get emails that state my account manager will contact me. Nobody contacts me. Must I post reviews on the internet about bad services by Oinvest or what must I do. This is one of the emails I have send to support at Oinvest and I have not been contacted or recieve a reply.
