Disappointed

I don't know what kind of company oinvest is,they brag about their affiliation with big names like #kaizerchiefs but their business ethic couldn't be further from *******. I invested an initial R3500 with them as they seemed to tick all the boxes,my first issue with them is that they allocated me an account manager that couldn't care less about me or my money,he was not willing to walk me through even placing my first trade,which obviously lead to mistakes I couldn't even say how they were made,he forced me to jump to a real trading account without any knowledge at all and when I was at the verge of losing my initial deposit he asked me to make another deposit to save my account and that he would help me trade and I would get my money back after 4 hours. I went on invested more and recovered my account and I was good to get my withdrawal,need I say it's been over 7 days and no money has been deposited into my account and when I asked I was told it would depend on my banks turn around time,no bank in South Africa takes over 7 days to clear transfers and I've called my bank on a number of occasions and they can't see any pending transfers...R7000 down the drain and they claim to be accredited and so fort. First and foremost I don't understand why a company that claims to be ticking all boxes seems to be very shady in their business proceedings. I am so disappointed in this company as all they seem to put out there is garbage and for a big entity like Kaiser chiefs to have any affiliation with them is disturbing. Question is,how many people fell for it. Mind you I was pressured into making another deposit last week to save my account again and when I refused my account was cleaned out without notice. I am going to be taking this further,they don't deserve to practice as a financial institution,they probably bribed their way into getting accredited by any board. I am disgusted for a lack of a better word
