Can't close trading orders on profit

I have started trading with Oinvest.

I'm very irratated with this Metatrader platform. It has too many glitches, the server is so slow.

This morning, i have orders I'm trying to close on a profit but now it doesn't allow me to, this is complete nonsense. My money is at risk and I'm unable to close any of my orders. This is so ****** frustrating. My profits now are decreasing because I'm unble to close anything and i lose.

I'm sorry but this is not something I'm not prepared to sit through, if its something where money is involved u expect servers and critical things like this to be 100% efficient.

I'm dissatisfied with the performance of ur trading platform.

If money is lost, who is held responsible for the loss, considering the trading platforms inefficiency.
