Bitcoin trade

I saw an advert on Facebook about bitcoin trading. I got interested because the advert was talking about the president Cyril Ramaphosa and Pravin Gordon having joined forces in empowering South Africans in bitcoin trading. It was written that one can start with as little as R3.5k. I then registered. A guy called me and helped me finalize my registration. But the guy was now telling me that I must try an put more money to make it R20k. I explained that I did not have money. Another one called, the manager. He also told me I must put more money, to start with R20k. I explained that I did not have that money. I explained that I don't know how to trade, but I was reassured that I shouldn't worry as the will be people assigned to help. Realizing that they were talking about R20k, I then told them I needed my money back and that I will do it when I get the R20k. I asked for my refund. But because I was called by different people. They alway told me they will inform the accounts department. But the other guy called and said they had a meeting where the managers agreed that they ca allow small amounts for trading. He explained about crude oil. I told him I didn't know how to trade. But again, he told me not to worry, he will help me through. I spoke to some guy, who seemingly was the one who will put my money into crude oil. I then explained I'm going to need help as I didn't know how to trade. Funya reassured that I will be assisted. I got shocked when on the 28th September, I got a call from Charles, who told me I lost my money. I could not understand because I was still waiting to be helped on what I must do. The guy was very arrogant, telling me I don't understand. He hung up on me saying I don't understand, and that I will maybe understand Afrikaans. I need my money back as I was never involved in the actual trading. But I was told I lost my money just like that. Please help.
