Oh heavenly cookies is a ****
Think long and hard before you order from Oh so heavenly cookies. As per previous customer it's a *****. I placed a small order, value R699. Paid and received notice of order. Two days later they inform me they cannot deliver on my order. No reason provided as clearly there was no reason. Jason states they will refund and eventually ONLY R424 is refunded. After numerous e-mails only NO further refund has been made. The modus operandi is clear, pay, we will notify you that we cannot deliver on your order giving no reason and then only refund a portion of your payment. How can a business who alleges it makes cookies and then state it cannot deliver its mandate for small order!!
