I had used this company for my H&S needs previously, and then took them on at a new company i moved to - but very sadly, their service has dropped terribly and we have since had to cut ties and look for someone else to assist us.
They come across as though very willing to help but sadly do not deliver.
A lot of requests made were not fulfilled, although promised. Communication was shocking.

Your dissatisfaction with our service is noted and we have given all attention to rectify from our side what can be done.
You ordered stock you have before (hose reel covers) we delivered without payment or deposit, you then per email noted your dissatisfaction with the covers, you where well aware of how they looked and worked. We without hesitations excepted your offer to return the covers and credited the invoice item and send a new invoice for payment without argument although you have signed acceptance of the order. The signage you order is not clear and we asked the staff member who ordered for an explanation of what and where it is needed as well as the specific signs needed for ex sample size colour with no answer.
We also requested per email and again in a meeting information from you months ago to compile a emergency plan. Still to date we have not received this information.
We then informed you we are cancelling your contract with your reply that its not needed you not going to renew.
We have delivered more services to you then you have paid for or that is in your contract. We did site visits and training every 2nd month and not as per contract every 3rd month.
We excepted your decision to not renew and have taken and absorbed the financial loss without posting bad reviews or in any way tarnish your companies responsibility. Also please look in your contract for the clause stating how to dispute a unresolved matter.
If you wish to resolve the matter or we can assist in any way please feel free to contact us as we are willing to do so.
