Best Customer Service in 10 Years

I had the pleasure of working with the Oh So Suite team having found then through Takealot. While there are a few resellers, they offered competitive prices but it was their willing, obliging, well managed, informative customer service that lead me to cancel one order and reorder through them. Their communication was consistent (via e-mail which was my preference), their instructions and queries to ensure we were aligned were second to none. This wasn't even my preferred couch but their customer service was so good I went with their service and absolutely LOVE my new couch. Best customer service I've had in about 10 years. WELL DONE OH SO SUITE! What a breath of fresh air. PS They're based in Joburg, me in Cape Town and it all went off without a hitch.
