Oh so heavenly non responsive

Wrote a complaint and nobody got back to me over the nozles of one of your products not working..we tested them all in clicks and all where broken. Because I love you brand I took it anyway but it does leave me somewhat dissapointed nobody got back to me and I'm stuck using a product that can't spray as it should.
