Dissapointed..

I have sent an email to them as well, I always purchase your products, and I am very disappointed that after years of using your lotions, body wash and sanitizes it took a hand lotion to make want to change my mind in ever buying Oh so Heavenly again…

The hand lotion I purchased was highly fragranced in actual fact all of them are, do you not consider people who has sensitive skin? And also it says 3x hydrated but my hands are always dry, this is really unacceptable.
