Disappointed

This is the first time I've been disappointed by your product. I bought a hand lotion (Tissue oil repairing cream) and to my surprise instead of keeping my hands moist, my hands are forever dry. I am a big fan of your products and also using them for my gifting packages but this experience I am facing with this lotion is the worst
