Constantly damaged items

I have been your best customer many years. I bought this product and for a second time in a row the squirts dont spray they literaly squirt. The first time I let it go with your green no shine toner but now I'm getting irritated. I had to drive back to clicks and wont you know it they where ALL the same. I really want to support you because of your no cruelty to animals but I work hard for my money and a generous amount goes on your products. ********** 752 Please rectify this.
