Oh My Soul such a disappointment

About a week ago I went to Oh My Soul with my husband to have late lunch before going to a meeting. I ordered an item that they didn’t have at that time, so I ordered a wild child burger which was over cooked. I sent it back and the lady who served me did not want to void the meal as I couldn’t wait for another one. She gave me so much attitude and gave me a full bill including what i did not consume. I asked to just pay for what my husband had and she refused, even after I showed her that the folk wouldn’t even go through my patty. Firstly, they gave us food with no culinary. Another thing is we were not really served. We constantly had to wave at the staff who were mostly on their phones. We also asked to speak to the owner and they refused. I ended up asking my husband to go to the atm so that we could pay for what he had. I left hungry! I left my details and the owner has not bothered to contact me. I’m highly disappointed since there aren’t many vegan restaurants in Durban.
