Unprofessional and horrible. Don’t order from them

Absolutely horrible service received, it was a simple bento cake order (which they sell) and she tried getting me to order a bigger cake, told her it’s just for 2 people, she kept telling me that things can’t be done when they literally have them on their website and catalog. Everyday she kept changing things saying they can’t do them, day before she had more excuses I had to cancel and find someone else at the last minute.
