Pathetic service - ****mers!

Worst experience ever and most definitely will not be using this place in the future. If I could give Zero stars, I would do so happily.

Where to start ... ordered a cake for my son'r 16th birthday on Friday morning. Paid for express via a link that was sent to me by the company - a lady by the name of Rita. I paid immediately and sent her an email to say I had paid. A couple of hours later, she asked me AGAIN whether I had and I responded on that email saying I had paid. She then went radio silent.

Saturday came and went. No contact to come and fetch a cake. No confirmation email or a message. Mind you I was asked for my details which I provided. Sent an email, Sunday NIGHT when the birthday has passed Rita sends me an email saying she was struggling to connect to the internet.

Anyway ... I then request a refund because a) No cake was ever produced despite payment and b) the birthday had passed and I had made alternative arrangements.

I sent another email requesting a refund on Tuesday and suddenly the emails don't seem to work. Maybe there are connections again as today is Thursday - 6 days since I paid for a cake I did not receive and still nobody has made the effort to contact me. I don't want an apology, I just want my money that I paid for something I did not receive.

I did not want to post a negative review either but apparently this business has so many other important customers that my order is irrelevant. SO can I please just get my refund please.
