Ordered macaroon tower. Paid for it. Was to told to collect on the Saturday. Drove (far) to shop to collect. Couldn't find order. Unhelpful/rude/unapologetic. Waited 30 minutes for manager to show to tell me doesn't have order. Money ******. Time wasted. Event ruined. Unacceptable.
