Not responsive and not attendive

I ordered a 10cm spiderman cake on the 31st of May 2024 for my son’s 3rd birthday which is today 10th of June. I messaged them and i told them i will come and fetch the cake by 16:00 hrs June 9th which is Sunday and they told me they are available

I got there around 10 mins past 16:00 hours as google map was showing me a different place and by that time they were closed. I enquired the security over there and they told me they are closed around 3 pm on the 9th.

I waited very long in that cold weather and tried to call in the number they provided, as they were not available, I spoke to the controls in the Cedar Square mall, they also dont have the phone numbers to contact the shop representatives.

Today 10th morning i am trying to reach them, they are not even picking the calls and not responding to my whatsapp chats.

This is really a disappointing attitude from the staffs.
