Horrible Service once you've paid.

They delivered a broken cake, the ***** were falling off, some were broken. One ball was broken as a result of the box that they put it in. Then after a back and forth of "I don't know what can be done", it was promised that they'll fetch the cake and repair it. They never fetched it NOR did they revert. Horrible customer service after you've paid.
