Horrible service!!!!

Absolutely unprofessional!!! I ordered a cake for my sister’s birthday on 30 November 2019 2 weeks in advance. I provided exactly what I wanted and asked that they deliver at 2pm because my sister would be arriving at 2:30. I called the day before to confirm the time and they provided that they will be there at 2. At 2:35pm, the cake was still not delivered and they were silent so I decided to call them. They provided that the driver would only be delivering in the next 45 minutes. This meant that th cake would be delivered an hour and 20 minutes late. 45 minutes came and went and the cake was still not delivered!!! The cake arrived about 2 hours late. They had not even called to say that the cake would arrive late. My sister had already arrived at this stage so this was such a disappointment. This is not the first time. My friends have the same complaint and they never reply to people’s grievances!!! They have not contacted me to apologize or anything! I would suggest people to not make use of this company. They do not respect people’s time or money. I am so upset! I would give them 0 stars if I could.
