FALSE ADVERTISING

I placed an order for a cake based on the images supp**** on the website. When cake was delivered it did not look 100% like the image - when I complaint they said it was due to the size of the cake and that only one figurine is included not 4 as per the image - this was not what i read on the website - only the cake layers and size of cake is explained on website - so please make sure you change your info on website - will I order again... i doubt. I have complaint on Monday about this situation - was told it is escalated to Management - But I have not had feedback.
