Disgusted my the service provided by the owner

I’m so disappointed in the service provided by the business of oh my cake. I contacted him on Monday and he had the nerve to agree to process my order but he went Mia on me. Kept calling the business and his personal business number to no avail. He kept making empty promises and now I have a birthday with no cake! What a shame
