CAKE DISASTER

Absolute worst experience!! I ordered a cake, briefed the rep - Khanyisile, that was assisting me more than TWICE!! And the outcome was just terrible compared to the price we had to pay. The colours were incorrect, the size was sooooo small and there was absolutely no creativity whatsoever even after I sent them pictures!! I communicated countlessly to ensure that they get it right, had to return it for them to fix it and they still did the bare minimum and didnt follow half the instructions on the brief!! I AM MORTIFIED!! My event is tomorrow morning and these guys have really ruined the celebration. Big regrets, use at own risk. They probably photoshop the cakes they add on there website & social media platforms because what's there vs what they offer is two completely different things.
